GENERAL RULES OF COMPETITION:

Competition is open for players (also woman) from Czech Republic and foreign countries. Total diference in lenght of golfcourse for man and woman will be maximum 15% in meters. In case that winner of the competition will be foreign player also the national winner will be declared. In this instance, the national winner will be rewarded with an extra bonus of 15 000 CZK. Final round of competiton is set for 36 holes.

 

 

Qualifying System for Main Tournament:

 

1. First 4 players according to OoM of Czech PGA Tour at July 1st, 2014.

 

2. First 10 players at Moravia Cup Ostravice. In case of not using players according to OoM another players from Moravia CUP will be entered up to 14.

 

3. 2 players will receive the wild card from Organizing Committee.

 

4. Positions 17 to 32 will be filled under qualification at Mlada Boleslav. In case of not filling positions 1 to 14 with players qualifying from OoM or Moravia CUP proceeds the player from qualification round and this player will get the lowest number possible. Filling from qualifying round – according to results (best result means lowest number of strokes). In case of equality of qualifying round results, the draw will be used.

 

 

17. 7. Qualifying 1-round tournament, capacity 60 players.

16 players will proceed to the main tournament.

17. 7. PRO AM Tournament

 

18. 7. 1st round of MatchPlay Tournament (32 players).

18. 7. 2nd round of MatchPlay Tournament (16 players).

 

19. 7. 3rd round of MatchPlay Tournament (8 players).

19. 7. 4th round of MatchPlay Tournament (4 players).

 

20. 7. Final round of MatchPlay Tournament, play for 1st place, play for 3rd place

 

FEES:

Starting fee: 1round qualification at Mladá Boleslav + main tournament: 2 000,- CZK (70 EUR).

Starting fee: Main tournament: 1 500,- CZK (53 EUR), for those who qualified at OoM or Moravia CUP

 

Fee for Player Includes:

1x practise round at July 16th or 17th. Tee-time reservation necessary the the desk of the resort

Entrance for the practise area (Driving range, putting and chipping green).

Unlimited balls during tournament days

Refreshment for the game (water, fruits)

FORMAT:

MatchPlay, 1 x 18 holes, qualification

In other rounds the MatchPlay will be played (elimination of losers) - (32, 16, 8, 4) until the final decision about the winner

 

RULES of Golf approved by R&A, Hard Card of Czech PGA Tour 2014, Local Rules and all the ammendments published by the Committee are in effect

5. - 8. Place 7 000 CZK

9. -16. Place 4 000 CZK

17. -32. Place 2 000 CZK

 

Every player entitled for Prize Money is obliged to confirm (sign) the approval with calculation and downpayment system of Prize Money. List of results and Prize Money distribution is available at Tour Office after Prize-giving ceremony. Prize Money are transferred on accounts stated by players at the moment of registration for the tournament. Players might declare other tax regime (or tax domicile), otherwise prize money will be lowered by income tax amounting 15%. If now information about player’s account is available or there is no signature under Result List & Prize Money Distribution scheme, no money will be sent to the particular player.

After finishing the tournament, all issues will be solved by Tour Office.

 

REGISTRATION FOR THE TOURNAMENT:

July 16th: personal registration 18,00 – 20,00 CEST (Tour Office at the clubhouse).

July 17th: personal registration 6,30 – 7,30 CEST (Tour Office at the clubhouse).

Player without registration may be sanctioned under rules of Czech PGA Tour 2014 Code, even not entered into Tournament

Qualifying – 1round tournament. First 16 players proceed into Match Play tournament according to the ranking from qualifying round. Rolling start from holes 1 and 10 at 8,00 CEST.

 

PRO-AM Tournament, rolling start from holes 1 and 10 at 13,00 CEST.

Texas scramble, 1PRO+3AM for 18 jamek, max. HCP of player counted for the Group is 28, playing HCP of Group = 1/10 of sum HCP. Result counted: netto. Victory: lowest netto strokes.

1st round of MatchPlay tournament for 32 players, rolling start at 7,30 CEST from hole 1

2nd round of MatchPlay tournament for 16 players, rolling start afternoon from hole 1

 

 

Sat. July 19th, 2014

3rd round of MatchPlay tournament for 8 players, rolling start at 8,00 CEST from hole 1

4th round of MatchPlay tournament for 4 players, rolling start at 14,00 CEST from hole 1

 

 

Sun. July 20th, 2014

5th round of tournament for 1st to 4th place, rolling start at 9,00 CEST from hole 1.

 

PRO-AM FEES:

Starting fee for one player at PRO-AM: 4.000,- Kč

Starting fee for one flight at PRO-AM: 10.000,- Kč

Water, refreshment as well as 3-course lunch is included

 

 

Players without correct payment of fee will not be allowed to play the Tournament

ACCOMMODATION:

There is a possibility to stay directly at golf course at Mladá Boleslav. The price for PROs is guarranteed as follows:

 

Single room: 1 500,- CZK per person per night

Double room: 1 600,- CZK per room per night (supposed 2 persons in)

Breakfast not included.

Caddies will have the same price as PROs

Accommodation is to be paid directly at the reception desk of the Resort
