Ostravice - Day Two

Despite the enormous efforts of a team of workers of Ostravice golf resort the second round of Moravia CUP Tournament had to be cancelled. Heavy rain caused that the game was interrupted at 10 hours for 5 hours. According to weather forecasts, the rain was to disappear after lunch, but unfortunately it did not happen. The game was re-started in 14,30 and everybody hoped for better conditions. At 16,00 it was clear that the critical points on the greens are not in the shape to guarrantee fair play for all players. That's why the Committee decided to cancel the round. Results after Day 1 are the Final results for the whole tournament. The winner is Martin Prihoda followed by the Dutch Van Dijk and Vermeeij. Overall leader of the Tour Sven Maurits tied 4th place with the Pakistani's Spalding and Czech Kořínek. Maurits still leads the OoM order.
