Ajster is a Leader of MMBF & Hungarian PGA by CzechOne Tournament in Pannonia

Tough conditions, excellent result. That is how one might describe Sebastjan Ajster's way through Day 1 of MMBF & Hungarian PGA by CzechOne tournament at precisely prepared Pannonia Golf Course. He brought the score -5 and the gap between him and followers is 5 strokes (!).

The sooner players started, the better conditions they faced. Temperature in the afternoon exceeded 30 deg. Despite Slovenian Ajter (starting on 13th of 18 flights) scored -5 today. After coming to the clubhouse Ajter added: "Everything was perfect today. I played well off-tee, my second strokes were also reliable. I gave a long putts either. The only trobles I faced on 5pars, but I saved myself. The golf course is in a perfect condition but to play in this hot weather is pretty demanding. The most desisive stroke of a day came on 14th hole, where I played into the water. But after a drop I used wood No. 3, then pitch and putt and I saved par. My goal here: To win, of course!"

With the gap of 5 strokes there are tied 2nd Nikolaus Wimmer of Austria, Czech Aleš Kořínek, Hungarian Bejnamin Palanszki and Russian Mikhail Morozov.

There is 46 players of 8 countries participating in MMBF & Hungarian PGA by CzechOne tournament. Czech players prevail followed by Hungarians (12 guys). The best Hungarian player is Palanszki. One stroke behind him is Lugosi with a special caddy (his psycho therapeut). There are even 2 amateurs. Prize-money fund attains Eur 15 thousand and promoters will distribute 10 cards for Lotos Polish Open of ProGolf Tour.

The next tournament of CzechOne is Team PRO Tournaments held at Ypsilonka GC July 4th - 5th.
